Recipe Kyemgbuma ½ lb cassava dough 3 crabs 2 tsp peppers 1 ox salt fish 2 tsp salt 2 midium sized tomatoes 4 small onions 4 cups water 1 medium sized dried fish or ¼ lb meat Clean and prepare fish or meat and crabs. Put them in a soup pot; add salt and a little water. Simmer for one hour, add more water, and bring to boiling point. Add tomatoes and peppers and cook till soft. Remove cooked tomatoes and peppers, grind them and return to soup.
